For your convenience BuyDiamondsDirect.com will accept the following forms of payments:

1. Items that are charged with credit cards will be shipped to billing address of the credit card only.
2. All other forms of payments must be made in U.S. Dollars and drawn on U.S. banks. This process may delay shipments, as the funds will have to clear our bank account.
3. All Prices Are for Bank To Bank Wire Transfers, & Cashier's Checks, Credit Cards Will Be Charged An Extra handling charge of 3%.
4. Items in stock will be shipped within three days of bank confirmation of payment receipt.
5. If BuyDiamondDirect.com does not have the item(s) in stock, or if item(s) has been sold or discontinued, the customer will be notified by phone, e-mail, or fax for further arrangements.
6. BuyDiamondDirect.com will not charge credit cards or deposit checks, for item(s) that are not in stock, until such item(s) will be available for shipping.

Sales Tax

BuyDiamondDirect.com is located in Broward County, Florida, USA. The Law requires collecting sales tax on all sales made in Florida. We are not required to charge sales tax on sales that are shipped out of the state of Florida

Shipping

In order to verify and authenticate the validity of the item(s) you have purchased, BuyDiamondDirect.com will have a Certified Gemologist from Ocean Jewelers examine the item(s) . After verification and a multi-tiered quality inspection by a Certified Gemologist you will receive the item(s) via. UPS Insured Overnight delivery, with an Appraisal from the Certified Gemologist authenticating that the diamond(s) or jewelry are free of any damage and match the description of your purchase. These services are free of charge for purchases of more than $15,000.00 (there is a $50.00 charge for items of less than $15,0000)as long as the sale is finalized.
    1. All shipments will be delivered to a street address only and adult signature is required, no shipments will be delivered to a P.O. Box. For any other arrangements please contact customer service department for price quotes at (800) 886-1515.
    2. Diamonds & Jewelry less than $15,000.00 Dollars will be shipped from BuyDiamondDirect to the customers billing address, via. UPS Insured Overnight delivery.
    3. Shipping & Handling charges of $50.00 will apply on purchases of less than $15,000.00 and will be shown on Invoice, This charge will not be credited if items are purchased or returned.

Returns (Over $15,000.00 Dollars)

All Returns of Diamond(s) or piece(s) of jewelry Over $15,000.00 Dollars must be made within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase.
You must follow the following instructions.

1. Call 800-886-1515, E-mail, or fax 954-920-5551 your request to return the Diamond or the piece of jewelry, so that you can obtain an approval number from BuyDiamondDirect.com
2. After receiving the approval number you will have to place that number on the return form and shipping label, and send it back via. U.S.P.S. registered, fully insured, and return receipt requested, To:

Certified Gemologists will check to see that all diamonds or jewelry are free of any damage and match the description of the original item(s) that was sent to you.
3. All items must be returned with all original documents.
4. Upon receiving the item(s) ,a Certified Gemologist from Ocean Jewelers will examine verify and validate that the diamond(s) or jewelry came in free of any damage and match the original item(s) that was sent to you. Upon the Approval of the Certified Gemologist a refund check will be sent to you from buydiamonddirect within 5-7 working days.
5. The purchaser is fully responsible for packing, shipping and insurance charges of all item(s) being returned.
6. Failure to comply with above instructions will result in BuyDiamondDirect.com right to refuse returned merchandise and will be returned to sender.

Returns (Less than $15,000.00 Dollars)

All returns of Diamond (s) or Piece (s) of Jewelry less than $15,000.00 Dollars must be made within 10 Days of receipt of the Original purchase.
You must follow the following instructions:

Refunds & Exchanges

1. Upon receiving the diamond(s) or jewelry from the Customer a Certified Gemologist will verify and validate that the item(s) were returned in the same condition that it was originally sent, including all original documents. BuyDiamondDirect.com will issue a full refund less shipping & handling charges and appraisal charges indicated on your invoice. For refunds paid in any other form of payment other than credit cards, a refund will be issued by a corporate check within 5 business days.
2. For credit card payments a refund will be issued to your account within 5 business days of receipt of item(s). Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
3. Exchanges will be made in the same manner as purchases. If you would like to exchange or get a credit towards your next purchase please contact our customer service department at (800) 886-1515.
4. Items that have been worn, special ordered, altered, repaired or damaged will not be accepted and may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
5. Upon receiving the Diamond(s) or Jewelry from the customer, BUYDIAMONDDIRECT will verify that the item(s) were returned in the same condition that it was originally sent, Including all Original Documents, BUYDIAMONDDIRECT will issue a full refund less Shipping & Handling charges indicated on your invoice.
6. Refunds paid in any other form of payment other than Credit Cards, Will be issued by a Corporate check within 5 working days, less Shipping & Handling charges indicated on your invoice.

Free Shipping

All diamonds and jewelry above $15,000.00 dollars will be shipped free of charge. The amount of shipping will be posted on the customers invoice, but will not be charged as long as the sale is finalized.

Free 14K Solitaire Setting

Upon request at the time of submitting purchase order only, all diamonds above $15,000.00 dollars will get a free 14Kg four or six prong solitaire setting (yellow or white gold). And will be shipped along with the purchased Diamond via UPS Overnight Insured.

Free Appraisals

Upon request at the time of submitting purchase order only, all diamonds and jewelry above $15,000.00 Dollars will get a free Appraisal And will be shipped along with the purchased Diamond via UPS Overnight Insured.
